School Trip & Group Feedback
Here’s a trip advisor review from one of our returning schools “sending a huge thank you to Joelle and the staff for helping to make our School’s end of term trips amazing. Problems with getting invoice in on time but the staff moved over and above to help us. Thanks a million, our pupil’s favourite activity!”
A recent school trip who visited us on the 3rd April 2025 (who visit at least once a year) left us some fantastic feedback to share.
They said that they found the booking process ‘quick and easy to complete’. ‘Our students had a great time again this year. Our numbers doubled from last year and it is one of the most popular trips. There is plenty to do and swimmers don’t queue for long so they gets lots of opportunity to go an all the different slides. Staff were really helpful and accommodating with helping us sort any minor issues we had on the day’.
‘The common theme from the students on the bus on the way home is that they really enjoyed their visit and most would go back again’.
‘We didn’t use lockers this time as the top area of the café was free, this made it much easier so in future we would like to do the same again, if possible’
Cube Youth Club visited us on the 25th April 2025 and gave us some more feedback to share.
They said that they found the booking process ‘very straightforward, really accommodating and helpful’ and they enjoyed their visit’ very much’. ‘Everything was well signposted and the flow of people worked well’. They also found it ‘good that no photos were allowed, made us feel more able to bring young people’. The children also commented ‘very enjoyable, and the staff were lovely, we had lots of time to have fun, and I would recommend’. ‘Lots of smiling faces which made me feel good’. ‘This was a trip worth your time because there is a variety of rides and lots of fun to be had’.
