A deposit payment of £5 per locker band is required upon check in. £5 per locker band is refunded providing it is handed in at the appropriate time. Locker charge payable by card only.

‘pp’ stands for ‘per person’
Family of 4 – max 2 adults per ticket. There are no further discounts for disabled guests, carers or those under 1.1m tall when using this ticket.
Pre-Paid ‘Splash Cash’ Wrist Bands
Why not add a ‘Splash Cash’ wrist band to your booking? Then there’s no need to take payment cards or mobile phones out of your locker to purchase food and drink on the day. You will find this option in ‘Optional Extras‘ in your basket at checkout online. Full refund for unused cash value upon exit. A refundable £5 deposit is required for all Splash Cash wrist bands.

Session control is unlikely to be implemented outside of school holidays. During busier periods session control may be in operation. During this time, all guests receive a minimum of 3 hours in our aqua park.
During Off Peak Periods, feature rotation of Space Bowl and Nucleus is in operation, along with Platform 1 on Tornado Alley (Thunderbolt & Cyclone) and Platform 2 (Hurricane & Stormchaser). This means that we alternate the opening of these rides every hour.
Tickets are non-refundable and transfers of date are only allowed if enough notice is given. If you cannot attend on the date you have pre-booked for, please call to rearrange your visit. You normally have 30 days to re-use your ticket before it expires but you must give us at least 1 week’s notice when re-booking tickets. You may only re-book your tickets on one occasion. All Tickets are non-refundable. Opening times and prices are subject to change without notice.
